About Me

Who I Am

I am a mother, healer, and lifelong student of the body. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Wellness Coach, I specialize in fascia-informed, nervous system–aware healing. My work blends science, somatic, and spirit to restore fluidity, form, and function so the body can move, feel, and live at its fullest potential.

I was not athletic by nature. After a traumatic tailbone fracture at age eight, my body did not move like a “regular” human being until my mid-to-late 40s. It took years of intentional work — through breath, movement, and self-rehabilitation — to build the strength, stability, and mobility I now teach others. I am now athletic by choice and by design, having cultivated the ability to cycle, hike, train, and move with vitality.

For over 31 years, it has been my mission to find what truly works — not just for myself, but for those ready to feel better and take responsibility for their own healing.

The Sacred Triangle Origin Story

The OANA Method™ was born from decades of lived experience, resilience, and evolution. It is anchored in a sacred triangle:

BOARDR™ — the breath and entry point, first conceived in 2003 during my shift away from “no pain, no gain” massage into fascia-informed, nervous system–centered healing.

For Love of the Body™ — the foundation and the “why,” established in 2016 to honor the body as a sacred vessel.

OANA™ — the fully embodied method and the “how,” formally named in 2025 but lived for decades, integrating fascia release, breath, postural prayer, and trauma-informed care.

The number 333 has been a sacred sign throughout my life — from being born in Room 333, to miraculous recoveries that aligned exactly 3 months, 3 weeks, and 3 days post-surgery. This pattern of divine timing weaves through my personal healing story and into the DNA of the OANA Method™ itself.
